- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators

- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape for strategic opportunities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI/ML, biotech, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
