Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-forward technology roadmaps
- Identify and prioritize emerging trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Design sustainable innovation frameworks with measurable ROI
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies
- Track and report on KPIs for innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with agile/lean innovation frameworks
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
