Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Quantum Computing, or a related future-tech field
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech standards (ISO 21400, IEEE 2026 protocols)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for next-gen AI and biotech
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
