Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap for 2026 innovation initiatives across quantum computing and AI domains
- Direct cross-functional teams in developing next-gen prototypes and MVPs
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for R&D collaboration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial potential
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for high-impact projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 market-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech)
- Strong strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
