- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual budget allocation
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and systems thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Experience scaling ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks
