- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Create competitive intelligence reports on next-generation industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing 5-year strategic roadmaps with measurable milestones
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
