Qualifications

- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience with international innovation ecosystems
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICP) a plus
