Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Secure $20M+ in annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations and business case development
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 50+ novel technology filings annually
- Mentor 15+ innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level strategy roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or biotechnology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Top 1% problem-solving skills (demonstrated via Kaggle/ICPC)
