- Drive innovation culture via hackathons and incubator programs
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Report on KPIs: patent filings, time-to-market, and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience securing institutional funding for R&D
