Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused innovation roles
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in quantum computing architecture and blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Exceptional strategic communication with ability to translate complex tech concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-continental innovation teams
