Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead discovery of emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-convergence, neural interfaces)
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects from ideation to market launch
- Champion a culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation portfolio to executive stakeholders and secure cross-departmental buy-in
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI on future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, R&D, or strategic product development
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, climate tech)
- Strong background in managing innovation pipelines and venture-style projects
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Exceptional storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
