Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-secure communications and autonomous systems
- Lead $5M+ R&D projects in climate-positive tech and neuro-interfacing
- Partner with global governments to develop regulatory frameworks for AI autonomy
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough materials enabling carbon-negative manufacturing
- Establish cross-industry consortia for ethical AI development standards
- Mentor innovation fellows through our 2026 Fellowship Program
- Secure strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech with 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in 2026-adjacent domains: quantum-resistant cryptography, neuromorphic computing
- Published thought leadership in MIT Technology Review, Future of Science, or equivalent
- Successful P&L management for $50M+ innovation portfolios
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Security clearance eligibility for national innovation initiatives
