Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation
- Drive a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration through agile methodologies
- Monitor KPIs for innovation projects and optimize resource allocation based on impact metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, or biotech) and future trends
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
