Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and sustainability domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Identify and partner with emerging startups for strategic acquisitions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development in next-gen computing paradigms
- Mentor junior talent through our Horizon Fellowship program
- Report on emerging tech disruptions to industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling innovation programs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Strong network with academic and industry innovation circles
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
- Portfolio of 2026+ technology white papers or patents
