- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record of launching products or services targeting 3-5 year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strategic planning experience with multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
