- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy aligning with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget and manage vendor/partner ecosystems
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor 15+ engineers/researchers in agile innovation methodologies
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or innovation management (e.g., PDMA)
- Experience securing government or enterprise innovation grants
