Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with global market trends and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI, and biotech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities with 5-10 year impact
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure $10M+ annual R&D budget for flagship initiatives
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and industry leaders at global forums
- Mentor talent in emerging tech methodologies and future-focused design thinking
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives aligned with UN SDG targets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products with global impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience securing and managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leader in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and academia
