Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ at director level
- Proven track record launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Innovation Management or Foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused projects or trend predictions
- Exceptional strategic communication with C-suite/board experience
