- Drive sustainable tech integration across all product development lifecycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum applications, AR/VR, or biotech integration
- MSc/PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable innovation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-growth environments
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFS) preferred
