Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation projects from ideation to market launch for 2026-era technologies
- Develop and execute R&D roadmaps aligning with long-term strategic vision
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into core business strategy
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Drive patent portfolio development and IP protection strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling digital products to $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong background in agile development and product lifecycle management
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Published research or patents in relevant technical domains
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
