Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling business cases and investor presentations
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment timelines
- Mentor junior innovation specialists through structured skill development programs
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 15+ new IP filings annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Proven track record scaling technologies from prototype to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, neurotech)
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience with C-suite relationships
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion initiatives
