Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 innovation teams
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech ethics
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
