Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant applications
- Establish FutureWorks as a thought leader via whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Innovation Fellowship Program
- Monitor global tech trends to preempt competitive threats
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Prior experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ technologists
