Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Drive R&D budget allocation for breakthrough initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotechnology, or climate tech domains
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
