Responsibilities

- Anticipate geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting future tech deployments
- Curate partnerships with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, and quantum research institutes
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive augmentation
- Present strategic briefings to board members and federal innovation councils
- Build a future-tech incubator with $50M+ R&D budget allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Quantum Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or national labs
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech paradigms
- Track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) preferred
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
