Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 15-year horizon planning
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence systems
- Develop patentable frameworks for climate-positive tech implementation
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and World Economic Forum
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist researchers using design sprints and scenario planning
- Present findings at Davos and TED-style global innovation forums
- Secure $50M+ in breakthrough technology grants and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Theory, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading disruptive tech initiatives at Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technology adoption curves
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and decentralized autonomous systems
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ impact
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Fluency in at least one major programming language (Python/Go preferred)
