Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in emerging tech R&D with proven track record in commercialization
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI ethics
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier tech journals
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong background in sustainable technology lifecycle management
