You will lead architectural initiatives that integrate cutting-edge AI models with robust cloud infrastructure. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap and set the standard for engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical vision and roadmap for our upcoming product releases, focusing on scalability and AI integration.
- Lead Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Drive Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, edge computing) to determine their viability for our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor senior engineering teams to maintain high-quality delivery.
- Technical Strategy: Assess risks and architectural debt, proposing solutions to ensure long-term system health.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and data architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and make high-level decisions that align with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
