Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (or equivalent experience)

- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Quil, etc.)
- Security clearance preferred for defense-contract collaborations
