- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-risk/high-reward initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and iterate based on real-world data
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product development with 5+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping environments
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse audiences
- Track record of launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
