Responsibilities

- Establish innovation incubators with Stanford, MIT, and ETH Zurich for emerging tech validation
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI consciousness and quantum security protocols
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through DARPA and EU Horizon Europe partnerships
- Coordinate UN Global Innovation Task Force for sustainable development goals
- Mentor PhD fellows in breakthrough fields like synthetic biology and zero-knowledge blockchain
- Present strategic vision at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE Global Tech Conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Biotechnology, or Aerospace Engineering with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to $100M+ commercialization
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 ethical AI certification frameworks
- Deep understanding of fusion energy (tokamak/stellarator), neural lace, and quantum supremacy
- Experience securing grants from NSF, NIH, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations in emerging tech fields
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or equivalent international certification
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global collaboration networks
