- Prototype & Innovate: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives for emerging technologies, validating their viability for enterprise implementation.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and futurists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex technological visions into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Industry Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of global tech trajectories to predict shifts in the market landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and AI integration frameworks.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and leverage emerging technologies (e.g., Web3, Edge Computing, GenAI).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
