- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating quantum computing and AI-driven automation
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate societal shifts and regulatory impacts by 2026
- Prototype future-proof systems using agile methodologies and cutting-edge development tools
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or technology architecture roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-ready system designs
- Exceptional presentation skills for complex technical concepts
