We are looking for a forward-thinking 2026 Innovation Architect to define the technological trajectory of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning, designing, and implementing the software and infrastructure that will power our business in the year 2026 and beyond.
As a key member of our executive strategy team, you will bridge the gap between emerging technologies and practical business applications. You will lead initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Readiness, and next-generation cloud architecture, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing) to determine feasibility and ROI.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures that can handle future growth and complexity.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus across departments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide senior engineering teams in adopting new paradigms and best practices for future-proof development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical product management.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to plan and execute long-term technology strategies (5+ year horizons).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and AI/ML integration.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on innovation and disruptive problem-solving.
