Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and implementation frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interfaces
- Design scalable prototypes for climate-positive energy systems
- Collaborate with governments on regulatory frameworks for AI ethics
- Build partnerships with academic institutions for emerging tech incubation
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior architects in future-focused methodologies
- Monitor horizon-scanning reports for paradigm-shifting opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
