- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling innovation proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven 2020+ horizon planning experience
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ futuristic solutions deployed at scale
- Top 10% completion in certified foresight programs (e.g., APF)
