- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI-human symbiosis projects with $50M+ budgets
- Drive innovation in quantum computing interfaces and predictive analytics frameworks
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for emerging technology adoption
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present breakthrough findings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor senior engineers on ethical AI deployment and scalable architecture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years managing complex R&D initiatives
- Proven track record delivering multi-million dollar AI/quantum projects
- Expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps for emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics
- Published research in neural networks or human-computer interaction
- Certified in PMI-PMP and AWS/Azure architect credentials
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
