Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in quantum computing leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural network optimization
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in federated learning and ethical AI frameworks
- Security clearance for DoD-level sensitive projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
