Responsibilities
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for 2026-era AI products and services.
- Architect high-throughput, low-latency generative AI models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Lead the migration of legacy monolithic systems to microservices and serverless architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability across cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, database design, and system performance optimization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
