Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive, forward-looking technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and prepares the organization for the technological shifts of 2026.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee high-level projects involving Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Extended Reality (XR) to ensure successful integration and ROI.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor movements to identify opportunities for innovation and potential threats.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Lab Management: Lead the internal innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping for future technologies.
- Team Mentorship: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of futurists and technical strategists.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, IoT) and their potential business applications.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into long-term strategic plans.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects.
