Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Spatial Computing) for future integration.
- Lead high-level architectural reviews to ensure scalability, security, and innovation in all new initiatives.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a team of 'Futurists' and Systems Architects focused on long-term R&D.
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate shifts in the tech landscape leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technical Leadership, or Product Strategy.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical transformations and innovation initiatives.
