Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Architect high-availability, cloud-native systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of generative AI models into core operational workflows.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies well in advance.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep expertise in AWS or Azure infrastructure.
- 2026 Vision: Proven ability to anticipate emerging market trends and apply them to product development.
