Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futuristic Systems Design
- 5+ years experience in developing emerging tech roadmaps

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (e.g., Intel Loihi)
