Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or equivalent theoretical physics
- 8+ years architecting complex systems at FAANG-scale companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI advancements
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptography and quantum-resistant algorithms
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Deep knowledge of neuro-adjacent computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Certification in sustainable tech engineering (e.g., Green Quantum Standards)
- Experience leading teams in agile innovation environments
