Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Future Systems Engineering
- 8+ years leading complex tech projects with 3+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and distributed consensus
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering or similar
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) and AI Ethics (DeepMind)
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products (AR/VR, quantum applications)
- Experience with ISO 20700 future-readiness frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations
