Qualifications

- Published research on quantum-AI convergence or post-quantum cryptography
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech architecture (3+ $10M+ projects)
- Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Proven track record in securing DARPA/NASA grants
- Keynote speaker at 2+ major tech conferences (2021-2023)
