Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying transformative technologies for 2026 market adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI, biotech, metaverse) and develop implementation roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with long-term business objectives
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Develop scenario-planning models for technology disruption and opportunity assessment
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints targeting 2026 breakthrough capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization and adoption forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value
