Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurology (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 5+ years leading R&D in quantum/neural/AI systems with 2+ patents
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Expertise in UN Sustainable Development Goals tech alignment
- Proven ability to secure federal/venture grants >$3M
