Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven 2020s tech transformation impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurist Studies

- Track record of securing $10M+ in government innovation grants
- Expertise in ISO 26000 sustainability standards for tech development
- Experience scaling AI/quantum systems to enterprise-level deployments
- Certified in Project Management (PMP) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
