Qualifications

- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record scaling systems to handle exabyte-scale data processing
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience with ISO 20700 technology ethics frameworks and NIST AI standards
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) and Neural Interface Design (NID)
